Dealing with Edgars made the whole process a breeze. He was extremely helpful with the design and ordering process. I ordered mugs as a last-minute gift, approximately 6 weeks prior to traveling to meet my family. He went above and beyond to finish the product and get it shipped to me in time...to the other side of the world. It arrived with time to spare prior to my trip. The whole family loved the mugs. The prints are of great quality, much better than the 'stuck on' prints most other companies offer.

We ordered 50 custom 13.5oz mugs with artwork I made myself. Edgars was very helpful in helping me tweak the design to make sure it printed as it should have and gave me all of the pricing breakdowns which I appreciate. It only took a few weeks from ordering, to production, to shipping; shipping all the way to the U.S was very fast. We did expect the mugs to look a little larger, they are smaller than our ceramic 13.5 oz mugs we already have here but they really do look beautiful, so we don't mind too much. They seem to be nice and sturdy, we've had issues in the past with buying ceramic mugs and many of them come broken, so the enamel coated metal is perfect for this. Overall we are very happy - Thanks Enammo!

We purchased custom mugs with a full-color design to sell in our retail shop. Edgars was great about answering all my questions about production and shipping upfront. I love that we could customize every surface including the inside, bottom, and outside of the mug. Enammo did a nice job printing a small, detailed pattern wrapping all the way around the mug which I was nervous wouldn't come out well. The mugs were shipped quickly. I don't have any complaints, just two things I would remember for future orders: full-color designs really do come out a bit paler than they may look on your screen, and the mugs may be smaller than you expect. We ordered the medium (13.5oz) size, which feels very small to us. I would only order the largest size next time. I also might try bumping up the brightness of the colors in the art file next time.
