For orders placed in this section we will use our printing method 1.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We are unable to make our page fully automated. That's why prices for each of the products are fixed.
All orders placed in this section will have final prices according to our online price calculator which you can find at this page below.
EXAMPLE:
1x 400ml custom enamel mug costs 16euro but you wanted 2x mugs. According to online price calculator each mug would cost you 15euro. Shipping costs to your destination 8euro.
STEP 1 - you will place order for 2x mugs + 8euro shipping = 40euro
STEP 2 - when you submit your order, the payment of 40euro will be on hold.
STEP 3 - we manually check the order and files. If all is ok, we accept your order and charge 38euro.
PRODUCTION INFORMATION
After you submit your order, we will receive your design and check if everything is possible to print.
If something needs to be changed, we will contact you and discuss the changes.

If you have any questions whether it's possible to print something or not before placing order, you can send design and details or make a screenshot of your online customized enamelware to our email. We will check it and let you know.
We produce small orders within 5 working days.
DESIGNS WE DON'T PRINT
We don't print any designs, symbols or texts which contain rudeness, violence, folkloric and paganic, halloween, witchcraft, demonic, LGBT, all kind of different ideologies and things like that.
If you are looking to copy some of the branding of others, we will not make it unsless you can prove you have rights to use specific design
