We can calculate pricing only when we see actual designs and price would depend on total order quantity, design size and how many places are printed.

The more you order, the lower the price will be.

If you don't have illustrator or photoshop skills, don't worry, just let us know you want your custom enamelware and we will help to do the rest.

QUALITY AND PRINTING POSSIBILITIES

Our designs are printed with special colours and then placed in very hot kiln for lifetime durability.

Prints are melted in enamel coating meaning it is the highest quality available for custom enamelware.

We have 2 methods in which we produce our custom enamelware prints:

Printing method 1

Full color prints

● Works the best if you are looking for white enamelware and your design has drawing in natural colors

● If you are looking for a print which doesn't need 100% color matching

● If you are looking to print a photo

White color prints

● We can make white prints for our colored enamelware

● If your design has multiple colors, it is possible to change print opacity and achieve multiple shades of white

PROS
● There's no minimum order quantity
● Faster production time
● We can make prints in thickness of a hair and can achieve high quality detailed designs
● You can have multiple designs and choose different enamelware colors within one order
● Easily make bulk order with one of a kind print on each enamelware
● No setup costs
CONS
● For this method we are unable to produce very high saturation prints
● These colors are a bit transparent. Depending on enamelware color you choose, you can notice a little tone through the print
OTHER
● For this method we DO NOT work in pantones and final result may be slightly lighter than you see on the screen
● Theres no guarantee that colors will be 100% accurate (for sure we try to match your colors as close as possible, but there may be some limitations)
● We are able to make full color prints and photos only on our white enamelware
● For our colored enamelware we can only do black or white color prints

● If you are looking for deep and saturated colors

● If you want to print multiple color design on any enamelware color

At the moment we have 13 Pantone matched print colors available for method 2.

PLACEMENT FOR PRINTS

It is possible to make wraparound prints, outside bottom logo, place some detail print on inside bottom or inside wall and even make a nice personalized print on the handle

ENAMELWARE FEATURES
Our enamelware is great quality without any dents or holes on them.
The rim may have a little white spots which are just visual and that means enamelware is not in any way damaged.
Every mug has a hole in the handle.
Mugs hang in a very hot kiln reaching temperature when enamel gets a little soft.
This is the only safe place to hang them so we don't damage the mug.

SUSTAINABLE

All of our enamelware prints are scratch and campfire resistant.

If you hit the enamelware against a hard surface, there might appear scratches or enamel chipping. It means that enamel coating will be damaged and it will form rust.

Enamelware CAN NOT be used in microvawes as they are made of metal covered with enamel.

Our enamelware is high quality and you can wash them in dishwasher without a worry that design will come off.

You already know what your enamelware should look like when finished. You know how many places will be printed and how big each of the design parts should be.

That's why we have made 100% accurate template files in .pdf which you can download and customize yourself.

In the section below you will find a dropdown menu with each of our enamelware category, sizing and enamelware color.

Below each category is a note about template file sizing to get 100% accuracy when working.

Press the name handle of the enamelware and it will download template file.

Be sure to check all the dimensions when opening the template.

Our bottom logo is removable.

PREPARING YOUR DESIGN

For method 1

We accept all design and image formats, but the best would be .pdf, .ai and .png files in good quality.

● If you send regular images and want to print design only, it would be best that image has no background so we don't loose design quality.

For method 2

● Only true vectors will work for this printing method.

● If you dont have a vector format design, we would need great quality image. It should have white (or neutral) background so we can convert your design to vector.

● Minimum thickness for design is 0,2mm.

● If your design has text, be sure that all of them are outlined.

APPLY YOUR DESIGN

● Drag and drop your design in the place you like.

If you have different questions, for example, if you placed design correctly, you can leave a note in the template file in any free space or contact us.

SHARE YOUR DESIGN

Write us to hello@enammo.com, attach your template file + design or logo in .pdf format.

If you only have a basic image editing software, you can send us the template file in .jpg or other format. Please add design files individually as well so we use the template file only to get the design sizing correct.
